Faculty Profile
Dr. Garry McDaniel is Associate Dean and Executive Director for the Center for Professional Training and Development at Franklin University. As Associate Dean and Executive Director, Dr. McDaniel oversees state-wide, national, and international certificate, training programs and consultative service for leaders in business, government and not-for profit industries.
Dr. McDaniel has served on the undergraduate and MBA faculty at Franklin University and led the Global Leadership & Succession Planning efforts for a world-wide semiconductor manufacturer. In addition, he has authored two books, Conflict to Cooperation: A process for mediating group differences, and Managing the business: How successful managers align management systems with business strategy, as well as numerous articles.
