Faculty Profile

Dr. Garry McDaniel is Professor of Human Resource Management at Franklin University.  Dr. McDaniel oversees the development and staffing of all undergraduate Human Resource Management courses as well as teaching in the Franklin MBA program. Dr. McDaniel has served on the undergraduate and MBA faculty at Franklin University and led the Global Leadership & Succession Planning efforts for Advanced Micro Devices, a global semiconductor manufacturer.   In addition, he has authored two books, Conflict to Cooperation: A process for mediating group differences, and Managing the business: How successful managers align management systems with business strategy, as well as numerous articles.
